Tricky Techniques
Over the years, our crew has developed techniques to handle tricky deformation situations. One example is a physics free approach to handling long dresses and robes.
The video to the right shows how the dress follows the legs while allowing them to still rotate freely within the dress.
This solution is perfect for background NPCs. It mimics basic cloth well, while being extremely performant. It also requires no special plugins and can be added to your project easily regardless of where you're at in development.
